I'm delighted that you want to schedule personal coaching or mentoring on your speaking career. Here's how it works....

My schedule is rather flexible. That's good for you, but unfortunately, that makes it somewhat unpredictable as well. To complicate matters further, I enjoy working with people around the world (in a variety of different time zones). So my working hours are unusual.

So rather than having you pick dates and times off of a calendar, here's what we'll do:

When do you want to talk?

1. Click the button and fill out the form, giving me the date and time when you want to talk with me. (Remember to include your time zone if you're not in US Eastern time.)
   1. Pick whatever date and time works for you. If I need to get up in the middle of the night to talk with you (because you're in Australia, for instance), I'm happy to do it.
   2. However, I do have some commitments that I can't get out of, so it helps if you can also give me a back-up date and time, in case I'm not available for your first choice. (If you can give me a range of times or several dates, that's even better.)
2. If I'm available during one of the times you request (I'll try to work with your first choice), I'll send you a confirmation email, along with an invoice for payment. Please note:
   1. My standard mentoring fee is $160 an hour. However, since you're a valued member of Pro Speaker YOU, you get your one-hour of personal mentoring for only $64 (a 60% discount). You save almost $100 per hour!
   2. Please remember that this special offer is only available to people with active memberships in Pro Speaker YOU.
   3. Although you'll receive your invoice by email, you should never send your credit card information by email. Your safety and privacy are paramount, so I use Stripe for secure payment processing. I never even see your financial information.
   4. If I'm not available for the date(s) and time(s) you want, there's no harm done. I'll let you know and I'll work with you to find a mutually convenient date and time.
3. Once you pay for your session, I'll send you the Zoom link. Just click on that link at your selected time and we'll talk!

That's all there is to it! Easy peasy!

(However, because this can take a little while to do all this, I ask that you request your mentoring session at least 24 hours in advance.)

I'm very proud of Pro Speaker YOU, both the Journey from Free to Fee and our Online Mastermind Groups (OMGs). But I also recognize that people still want some personal, private, affordable career guidance, and so I'm delighted to be able to offer it to those who want it

There are no long-term contracts and no minimum number of mentoring hours that you have to sign up for. And your personal mentoring is completely optional — if you feel that all you need is the Journey and the OMGs, that's wonderful!
