Now, some speakers charge hundreds (or in some cases, thousands) of dollars for a one-hour session. Or they lock you into a long-term contract where you have to commit to sessions for months in advance.

While I certainly have no problem with that business model, it does tend to exclude some of the people who most need career guidance and counseling, simply because it's a budget-buster. And that runs against the keep-it-affordable principle that PSU was founded on.

So here's what I'm going to do — I'm opening up a limited amount of my schedule to coaching and consulting for individuals. My top priority will still be courses like PS101 and team coaching, because I can help so many more people that way. And so, as team coaching grows in popularity, I'll cut back on my individual coaching even more.
